"We came to Hearthline after months of the same arguments going nowhere. The listening session didn't solve everything, but it changed the tone. My husband and I both left feeling like we'd actually heard each other — properly — for the first time in a while. I didn't expect that from one sitting."

"The planning workshop was exactly what we needed. We have two teenagers and had been trying to establish household routines for years without success. Having an outside person keep us on track — without telling us what to do — made a real difference. We came out with a written plan that we've actually been following."

"Three generations under one roof is not easy. My mother, my husband, and I all had different ideas about how to run the house. The Household Coordination Programme helped us put systems in place that everyone agreed to. Our shared calendar alone has saved us so many small arguments."

"I was nervous about bringing my family to something like this — we don't usually talk about our problems with strangers. But Siriporn made everyone feel comfortable from the start, and nobody was forced to say more than they wanted to. It was genuinely respectful."

"We'd tried talking through household responsibilities on our own many times, and it always ended up in the same place. The workshop gave us a framework we hadn't thought of. Marcus was practical and clear about what the workshop could and couldn't do, which I appreciated."

"My siblings and I inherited a complicated family property and nobody could agree on anything. Hearthline helped us get our communication in order, not our legal situation — they were very clear about that — but having a calm, organized conversation for once made everything else easier to handle."

A closer look at three family stories
These accounts describe the kind of situations families bring to Hearthline. Names and identifying details have been changed.
The Challenge
A couple with two adult children living at home found that conversations about household responsibilities always ended in tension. No one felt their contribution was seen.
What We Did
A Listening Session gave each of the four family members uninterrupted time to speak. The facilitator summarized what each person had said they needed. A planning workshop followed three weeks later to turn those insights into agreements.
The Outcome
The family left with a shared responsibilities list and a weekly check-in routine. Three months on, they reported fewer repeated arguments about the same topics. "We still disagree sometimes, but now we know how to talk about it."

The Challenge
An extended family — two siblings and an elderly parent — needed to coordinate care, appointments, finances, and the shared family home. Information was scattered and no one had a clear picture of what needed to happen.
What We Did
The Household Coordination Programme spread across four sessions over three weeks. Each session tackled a different area: communication channels, shared documents, calendars, and a responsibility map. The facilitator stayed in contact between sessions.
The Outcome
By the end of the programme, the family had a shared calendar, a single contact list, and agreed-upon roles. "It sounds simple, but knowing whose job it is — and having it written down — has changed everything."

The Challenge
A couple relocating to Chiang Mai from abroad wanted to establish clear household systems from the start, before old patterns set in. They had different organizational styles and had clashed on this before.
What We Did
A single Shared Planning Workshop allowed both partners to express what organizational systems felt natural to them, then work toward an agreed approach together with a facilitator keeping the conversation constructive.
The Outcome
The couple agreed on shared digital tools, a weekly routine review, and a clear system for handling household decisions. "Starting on the same page made such a difference. It took pressure off both of us."
